    Kenn Adams is the Artistic Director of Well-Made Improv, former Artistic Director of Synergy Theater, inventor of the internationally celebrated Story Spine, and author of How to Improvise a Full-Length Play: The Art of Spontaneous Theater.

    Since beginning his improv career with Freestyle Repertory Theatre—home of Theatersports New York—in 1990, Kenn has spent more than three decades teaching, directing, and performing improvisational theater around the world.

    His Story Spine has become one of the most widely used storytelling frameworks in improvisation, creative writing, education, and business communication, helping thousands of artists, educators, and leaders craft stronger, more engaging stories.
